Pinterest takes social sharing by storm!

Pinterest is a “Virtual Pinboard” where you can post just about any image.

Pinterest lets you organize and share all the amazing images you find on the web. People use pinboards to help plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes. We are using it to showcase 5D Spectrum client’s products and services.

You can browse pinboards created by other people to discover more about your favorite things. Get inspiration from people who share your interests.

Liz Allen Performing @ Stevenson Elementary Tomorrow!

Hi 5D Community!! Big news! I (Liz Allen) will be performing at the Stevenson Rocks fundraiser at Stevenson Elementary in Burbank tomorrow evening (Friday, May 4)! I will be performing with my good friend Brett Collins of the band Facing Arrows. Brett will be performing an acoustic set of his original songs and then I will join him to do some cover songs. We go on at 5pm and will only be performing until 5:30pm.

 

The event starts at 5pm and goes until 9pm. Admission is FREE and is open to the public.

 

Stevenson Rocks! is Families For Stevenson’s annual spring festival. Held each spring (May 4th), the event features an impressive silent auction, a live concert, car show, games, food, shopping, and activities for members of the whole family. The money raised will be used to fund Stevenson’s dance program, art program and library.

Pianos Scattered Around Los Angeles for the Public to Play!

I don’t know if you’ve heard, but for you musicians out there (or anyone who likes to play around with a piano), there are a bunch of pianos scattered around the Los Angeles area for anyone to play!

Touring internationally since 2008, Play Me, I’m Yours is artwork by British artist Luke Jerram. For three weeks beginning April 12, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra brings Play Me, I’m Yours to Los Angeles.

Thirty pianos, designed and decorated by local artists and community organizations, are featured across Los Angeles County and are available for everyone to play, in celebration of acclaimed conductor and pianist Jeffrey Kahane’s 15th anniversary as LACO music director.
