Burbankarts.com is the go-to place for any and all arts-related events and programs in the Burbank community. Working with the Burbank Cultural Arts Commission, 5D Spectrum added new functionality to their arts-focused website to emphasize the Arts Calendar of Events. 

The updated website design features an engaging and visually graphic calendar widget strategically positioned on the home page. The Events Calendar widget allows users to see Upcoming Events quickly by clicking on any date of interest. Each event listing leads to its own optimized page with full details including event details, google maps and ticket sales. Users can now easily add events to a Google calendar.

The Burbank Cultural Arts Commission also needed to modernize the overall look and feel of the website and incorporate a simplified navigation system. The Projects page is a great example of how 5D Spectrum can reimagine existing client content to maintaining its value while giving it more visual impact. The new page now makes the project stories easy to find and engaging to read.

As the site has evolved, new functionality was needed to better showcase all of the effort that the Arts Commission put into developing new content. The new Artist Spotlight section is now an easy-to-browse section that gives users a quick overview of in-depth interviews with local artists. And we can’t forget a mention of our very own! De Ivett, 5D Spectrum’s founder,  was featured in the March 2019 Burbank Arts Artist Spotlight. Her story can be found on the newly added Artist Spotlight page.
