Before the update, the site’s e-commerce and product structure had become fragmented. Offers lived in multiple places, user paths were unclear, and the system required ongoing manual effort to manage sales, access, and follow-up.

From a user perspective, it was difficult to understand how to move from interest to action. From a business perspective, scaling new programs or refining existing ones meant working around the platform instead of with it.

The core challenge was to streamline the e-commerce store by integrating multiple products into one cohesive solution, without disrupting the existing brand or audience trust.

The solution centered on rebuilding the site with a simple workflow from shopping engagement to the checkout experience.

A custom WordPress theme provided a flexible foundation, allowing content, programs, and commerce to live within one unified structure.

WooCommerce was implemented as the central transaction layer, creating consistent purchase flows and reducing friction across offers.

Keep (Formerly Infusionsoft) was integrated to manage automation, tagging, fulfillment, and client communication. This connected the front-end experience directly to backend operations, eliminating redundant workflows and manual work.

User experience was redesigned to support decision-making. Navigation and page hierarchy guide visitors toward the right entry point based on their needs, making the site easier to understand and navigate.

The result is a platform that supports clarity, operational efficiency, and scale. New offers can be launched, bundles can be created, and the business can grow without reworking the underlying system.
