Arkon Mounts engaged 5D Spectrum when they were ready to upgrade their eCommerce site from a legacy hosting environment to a new modern solution. After a detailed evaluation of Arkon’s needs, 5D Spectrum made a recommendation to move the site to the MIVA eCommerce platform.
A custom export script was created to integrate the MIVA eCommerce platform into Arkon’s existing workflow for managing orders through the fulfillment process. Custom price tiers allow Arkon to manage its expansive customer base. A quick order feature allows customers to quickly order high volumes of products at once from a single page.
Using MIVA’s robust coupon and price group features, and the development of a custom coupon report, Arkon is able to provide its affiliate marketers with valuable report data.
